FAYGO UNION is a new high-tech enterprise occupying 2000m2 ,which specialized in researching and manufacturing PVC/PP/PE/PPR pipe and profile extrusion line and PET bottle blowing machine.
Our products have been exported to more then 160 different countries and areas in the world.We have agent in USA,Egypt,Libya,Mexico,Saudi Arabia,etc.
We have independent CNC processing equipment and finished product testing area,making sure each machine before leaving factory,it is in good condition.
Our technical team with average designing and testing experience for 15 years.Each machine,after it arrives at customer factory,we will arrange engineers to support for installation and testing.We provide 24 hours online service for each customer.

Process flow:
Plastic automatic charger →Hopper plastic dryer→ Single screw extruder → Mould and calibrator → Vacuum forming machine → Haul off
machine → Cutting machine → Discharging rack
PE pipe extrusion machine
The main extruder adopts PE high-efficiency screw, notched feeding cylinder and is equipped with strong water jacket cooler,
which greatly improves its transmission capacity and guarantees high-efficiency extrusion.
Our PE pipe extrusion machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running etc.
The standard PE pipe extrusion machine include: material charger, SJ series single screw
extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker.
The main electrics for PE pipe extrusion machine only adopt Siemens motor, siemens contactor,
ABB inverter, Omron temperature meter.
All of our PE pipe extrusion machine will be tested before delivery, and we will invite our cients to
come and testing the whole line with us together.
